You know ladies, you have a rough road to hoe in life.
In spite of all women say to the contrary, this is a man's world.
Look at it this way.
If a woman puts on a little weight, she's getting fat.
If a man puts on weight… he's corpulent or heavyset.
When your hair gets gray… you are looking old.
When our hair goes gray, we become distinguished.
If you pay no heed to your dress, you’re sloppy.
We do the same… it's casual.
If we step out a bit, we are gay man about town.
If you do the same, you are loose.
If you rule the roost a bit, you’re domineering.
If we lay down the law, we are aggressive and positive.
We can flop down on the couch all day Sunday and blame it
on our need for relaxation of tension.
If you do the same, you are lazy.
If we tell an off-color story, it's naughty but nice.
If you tell it… you are shameless.
If we bang up the family car, it's accidental.
If you do it, and… well… what do you expect from a woman driver.
If we succeed in our business, we are top executive. I
f you succeed, you are a cold career type.
People think it's wonderful if we men excel at some female pursuit,
like cooking, but if you excel at some male pursuit, then "you're
not very feminine”… and so it goes. Yep, gals… it’s a man's world.
